Company AGM

The Annual General Meeting of  Creek Developments Plc was held on the 21st July 2015 in the Ballroom of the Excelsior Grand Hotel. The following Directors were elected to the Board for the years 2015-2017: Philip Attard, Etienne Bonello DuPuis, Patrick Gauci, Kevin Mercieca and Michael Mifsud. Thanks are due to retiring founding Director Martin Zerafa for his dedication and service to the Company during the formative years.

Gratitude is also owed to Kenneth Coleiro and Joseph Zerafa for expressing their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors of Creek Developments Plc, even though they were not elected on this occasion.
